Zaselim Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 So i made this outfit called She-Man of steel and there're two parts (v shape belt/thong like design and upper) not showing properly over then main part like a tearing or something. As you can see the in the images below from the Nifskope and In-Game. as i get closer in both nifskope and in the game tearing things goes away. I checked in 3ds max multiple time and the issue is not there and there enough gape between the main suit and these parts so its not a tearing issue. This never happened to me before and i dont know why it is happening, So i need help to solve this issue. I will be very grateful for the help. Vioxsis Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 You most likely have more then 4 bones/weights affecting the vertexs in that area. Â In max, with the skin modifier selected go to the "advanced parameters" click the + to drop it down and change the bone affect limit from 20 to 4. Then export, should fix your problem.
Zaselim Posted June 29, 2016 Author Posted June 29, 2016 ok so i changed it from 20 to 4 and now its disappearing more, right side almost gone from the default distance and as i get closer it starts to appear. or do i need to do the same thing to main suit

Zaselim Posted June 30, 2016 Author Posted June 30, 2016 So i did the same thing to the main suit and in nifskope the V belt part is looking like it suppose to. Now i'm going to do the same thing to the jacket part and then see it in the game later and post the results. Yeah i thought as much, that i need to do the same thing to the main suit which is under the belt part.
