Thigh boots in Remodeled Armor

Quick question, hopefully a quick answer.

 

Is it possible to use the thigh boots that are in Remodeled Armor for CBBE by default instead of having to craft them/get them from console for all armor sets?

But are they just a new armor?

Replacing the vanilla meshes with the new ones from the mod should work fine.

Ya know, this probably would. I don't know why I didn't think about it myself considering I do this all the time with body mods and companion addons.
