So every time i try to enchant fire/shock/frost on any weapon, vanilla or modding, they only reach 26 points at max, wait, i know what what you are thinking, but i have 40% fortify enchanting potion on point, even with a 1000%+ potion create by some  overpower mod like full four item enchanment or a mod call Golden ring of crafting which give a 100 enchanting skill ,no matter what i do, it only result 26 points of fire/shock/frost damage, dual enchant or not, other enchant like absorb health, etc are low too. And yes i do fully upgrade Enchant tree and Alchemy tree,as i see in the internet, a fully enchantment has to be like 50+, when i still have Skyre, the enchant reach 100, but it too OP and i gotta unistall skyre for some other mods.

Try raising your Destruction skill a bit.

EDIT: Some of what you're talking about sounds odd though... for me, dual enchantments usually increase the effect of both. I'm not sure what a super-high enchanting skill would do to destruction - I know that it drastically increases other enchantments, but I dunno about destruction effects.

But anyway, try leveling Destruction up to 100 and see if that helps.

when dual enchant, it increase to 32, but that's it, with shock enchant + paralyze only, the shock rise to 65, that the highest i got so far,but only when enchant the shock with paralyze, sth else will only stay at 32. Tks for the tip though, ill try it when having time, if it didnt work, guest i have to consider re install the SkyRe and delete some mod
