Enchanted armor swapper?

I am looking for a mod which uses armor replacer meshes when armor is enchanted.

 

Specifically, I would like to use mods like http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/47376/ for enchanted armor while the unenchanted armor stays vanilla (possibly without undergarments, but nothing beyond that). So that means detecting enchanted armor (and enchantment events) and doing something special with them. (It might also be fun to play with particle effects, but that is getting ahead of things.)

 

Has anyone done anything like this? (Ideally, I think this should have a file listing the alternates to use for enchanting to avoid massive coding problems. But, other than that, the only thing I can think of which approaches this kind of mod is the break undies framework. But maybe I have overlooked something?)
