Weird black sky and border glitch

I have this weird glitch that occurred after i converted to MO and re-installed all of my mods. When i press escape and open the menu the glitch somehow dissapears as shown below. Sorry the images are kinda damn massive

Edit: It's worth mentioning that I am using ENBoost. Don't know if that might be causing problems

did you try deleting browser history? worked for me when i had the issue

I'm having the same issue. Are you using an ENB or lighting overhaul? I only got the bug after I installed RealVision ENB along with RLO, but uninstalling them hasn't fixed it.

skyrim reloaded caused the issue for me. disable that and give the basic enb setup (host + dll + enbseries + enbseries folder + enblocal) a try
