CTD - Grovelly Request for Help!

Hello! I'm hoping one of you techno-boffins can help me.

 

I'm very far from being a modder but I have installed multiple mods on Skyrim and, when I have encountered problems before, have normally figured out the fault but I am rather baffled this time; I hate to cluter up this forum with yet another cry for help but i'm hoping someone can help.

 

I recently came back to skyrim so refreshed my nmods, updating new versions, so for instance I recently removed the old 'unofficial skyrim' patches and replaced them with the 'legendary' addition, the same with Sexlab.

 

I of course refreshed FNIS, ran Loot, Wyrebash and started a game and everything worked fine. When I activated Sexlab and Defeat in the mod manager menu within the game however then I started to have problems, the game runs fine but if I save a game and then load that game I instantly get a CTD.

Try coc'ing to QaSmoke, then loading the save from there.

It didn't seem to work i'm afraid, trying to open the saved games using the mod gives me a 'thread' error; any ideas anyone?
