No way to start anything?

Right,

I installed OBSE version 0020, the BU framework and pluggy. I'm not sure what I've done wrong, but the only thing that appears are two spells - sexual exploit and sex settings or something like that.

I've made sure to install both the base esm and esp, and added the Lover resource pack.

I've updated my version of Oblivion to the latest one.

I've made sure to check other similar trouble, but they all seemed to have the "no resource pack" problem. Please excuse me though if this question has already been asked (with the same problem), I'll make sure to look more thoroughly at the forums next time.

You need to fix your load order. The sample to match yours up to is in the spoiler here: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=6133

 

Once you have fixed your load order lovers should work fine. The next thing you need to do is go and grab some plugins. Lovers by itself doesn't do anything. You will need to grab plugins that create the "action"

The resource file and the base pack only contain the "core system". It is the plugins that give it functionality.
