NPC Residence (console command?)

Hey guys - is there a way to set an NPCs residence thru console? thanks

Been trying to find it but no luck. 

I use EFF, but I think most follower mods have an option to change an NPC location / home

Also, you can try the Manipulator. Never used it but from what i read you can change pretty much everything

I don't know of any way through console but maybe you can try my home is your home

that's more for followers than NPC's but maybe you can use it in combination with puppet master to make the npcs your followers and then assign them to the homes
