Unspec Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 Whenever I try to download a file, the download starts fine, albeit hanging at the "Starting..." status longer than normal. Downloads extremely slowly, like 4.8kb/s slow, and then when it nearly finishes, it hangs for a while at 0kb/s and then fails. Tried clearing cache and cookies, restarted computer, tried on different computers, etc. Even tried it on mobile data, and it still fails. Is there something wrong with the download servers?
