Characer falls down and won't get up

Hello, I have a problem. As the title says, my character just suddenly falls down and won't get up. I can't do anything, can't open up pip boy, can't wait, nothing. I have a quick save a few moments before it happens. I have no idea what can cause this. I'm playing through Dead Money btw.

It probably a mod doing it assuming you have some which we don't know because you didn't post a load order.
