RoninSword Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 I have recently decided to start playing Skyrim again. In the past, I had modded only modded Oblivions before, but nothing very serious. Some extra outfits, or spells, nothing that require me to sort a load order myself I have not actually installed Skyrim yet, and this is not what my load order actually is, but it is what I think it is meant to look like. Tentative Load Order using MO: SKSE HDT Physics Extension HDT Breast and Butt Physics - TBBP BBP Realistic Ragdolls and Force CBBE Bodyslide and Outfit Studio SexLab Animation Loader <CBBE Outfit modifiers and replacements etc> <all other mods, game play, walk/run animations, idle animations, hair> Temptress Race XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended Bashed Patch  Please tell me if you have seen something wrong with my tentative load order.  The Temptress custom race uses the UNP body, not CBBE. I found a mod that apparently fixes this problem, so if you don't have any suggestions for it, then I'll try that instead.  I am also aware that custom races don't follow the same paths as the vanilla races, so I am wondering if I have to do something extra to make it so that my own character (and any followers who use the custom race), use the new idle and walk/run animations and HDT physics.  With the FNIS mod, which is required for a number of the mods I want to use, do I have to run it after every time I install a FNIS dependent mod, or can I install all of those mods, and then run FNIS once?  Can I use Sexlab Animation Loader all at once for any new animations that get loaded, or do I have to do each batch separately?  I am using a proper steam copy of the game, so I am going to assume that when the time comes for me to play the game, I just start the game using the SKSE button in the steam library. Or do I open MO and start SKSE from there?  Is there any problem with installing all these mods without having a savegame, or should I start a save file first, get through the intro, and then start installing these mods? All at once? In batches to let the game get used to them? I realise questions like this probobly show up fairly often, but I figure I would ask anyways. Thanks -RoninSword
ZelenEagle Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 first of all, wow thats a lot of questions  for your load order, use this program: https://loot.github.io/ temptress race uses the unp body, you can replace it with a custom body http://www.loverslab.com/topic/36271-cbbe-on-temptress-race/ animations don't care too much about races (in most cases) so you don't have to worry about that, the only thing you need is a proper skeleton (which you have) for FNIS, you can just install all the mods and then run it once, make sure to run it later whenever you decide to install a new mod though you can install all the mods at once but download skyrim first, you dont need a save and stuff but you should run it once with steam so you have a skyrim.ini, you can close the launcher after that I'm not really familliar with MO but i think you need to start your skyrim through that for your mods to load Â
RoninSword Posted June 5, 2016 Author Posted June 5, 2016 Thank you. Going to be installing Skyrim overnight and then get started on putting the mods in the day after. So this tentative mod order is fine? I have seen different opinions on where to put the Skeleton in the load order. Some have said to put it in before the body mods, and some have said to make it pretty much the last thing to load before the Bashed Patch.
