Bodyslide help - what's an .osp file?

Okay, downloaded this outfit from this link:

http://mitakusaner.blog.fc2.com/blog-entry-1284.html

I'm using CBBE if that matters.  This is more of a user question and not an error, I just have no idea what an .osp file is.  The slidersets folder for the bodyslide files (obviously to the mod above) includes an .osp file when normally it should be an XML document.  Of course, all I want to do is to build the outfit with my bodyslide preset but how do I batch build an .osp file?  I can't find it anywhere on the "groups" list nor is it under "unassigned."  Nor is it under "Preset" nor is it under "Outfit/Body" either.

OSP file is a condensed version of how it used to be.

We used to have an XML file for each slider morph....This made it difficult for Nexus Mod Manager users to download and use very large volumes of work such as,

Remodeled Armor UUNP Bodyslide by gamefever and ousnius.

Well since ousnius was co-author on a big file he saw first hand the volume of reports on NMM unable to handle large volume of files...Ousnius is Co-Author and developer for Bodyslide.

He then implemented the change to OSP.

You will have to ask him for specifics on what an OSP file is...Sorry I don't know those.

Gameplayer confused OSD with OSP files and BSD with XML files, but otherwise his explanation is true.

OSP (Outfit Studio Project) is the project file of the outfit, which is in plain text (XML format). It used to have the .xml file extension.

OSD (Outfit Studio Data) is the slider data file of the project, which contains everything that was once the thousands of tiny BSD files.

You need the latest version of BodySlide.

@cell

Dammit!  I knew at the back of my head that was the answer but I just couldn't be bothered to go to the Nexus and check and see if there was an update.  Sure enough, the latest one came out recently in the middle of May and I had just updated back in April!

Thank you for your response.  Very quick and to the point.  Like all answers should be.

@Gameplayer

I actually still use Nexus Mod Manager... mostly because I never had problems and I'm also too lazy to take 20 mins to figure out how to use Mod Organizer, but I currently have almost 800 XML files in my slidersets folder.  What problems have other NMM users having with XML Document files?  I haven't noticed a thing.

Whoa, hang on here.  Updated Bodyslide Studio to the newest version.  Still can't batch build this .osp file.  Is there something else I should know about?

How do you convert a xml bodyslide preset file into an OSP file? I can't load the body I made into outfit studio and can only do so with OSP files.

I don't even remember what happened. All I know is that right now Bodsylide & Outfit Studio works fine. My guess is that there was an update after an update after yet another update. I still use both .xml and .osp files without any problems.
