I get the above message whenever the download counter reaches zero. I do not have any active downloads, to my knowledge. Any ideas/advice/fixes?

Clear your browser history out and make sure everything is deleted. Close the browser down and reopen it. That normally fixes the problem.

Same problem here, started downloading some mods yesterday got stuck because of this, today it worked again and i was able to download like 10 mods and it just broke again!
