downloads offline???

I can't seem to download anything . The download gets started but fails. Am I missing something???

I keep getting error that I have to wait until my downloads are finished before downloading any more. Has that problem been resolved yet? I know I'm not the only one.

I just downloaded 2 files without problems.  Been doing it all day.  So I dunno what to tell you guys. :/
