Rigid Armor, Bouncing Breasts

Is it possible to create a set of armor such that it remains still while the breasts it holds (say open top or corset style) bounce around, and maybe even sometimes completely out of it?  If so, how?

I highly doubt it's possible to set it up so breasts could potentially pop completely out of outfits, and certainly not without it being ridiculously complicated and difficult, but to just let breasts have a bit of bounce while a solid armor stays rigid? That is definitely possible! I mainly know this just because I've seen it done before - as an example, if I remember right, the BBP meshes for the West Wind Assault Armor do this.

I'm no expert on the matter, but it seems to me the main trick is how the weight painting is applied; you want to only apply the weight painting to the parts of the mesh you want to be able to see move - in the case of a rigid corset or such, this would mean applying the weight paint only to the areas of the breasts not covered by the armor, and not applying it to the armor at all.

You need to apply skin vertex weight (3dmx,weightpaint) to an area by manually selecting vertices. There are video tutorials that can help to understand that process. You'll learn it quick.

Thank you for your prompt response!  Now that I know I can, I'll keep this in mind when working on my conversions!
