Any good arrow mods?

I've been trying to look for a good arrow mod that gives each shot a different effect but so far I've been having no luck. I am not a modder at all, so I hope someone could either give me some pointers or undertake this mod themselves. My ideas are as follows:

 

Flaming arrowhead: Causes minimal damage but immolates the target for a number of seconds.

 

Icy arrowhead: deals cold damage and freezes the target

 

Shocking arrow shaft: deals shock damage and drains magicka.

 

Splinter arrow: deals less damage than normal arrow, but has a shotgun effect.

 

Drill-bit arrowhead: can penetrate through a target.

 

Poison-vial arrowhead: paralyzes targets in the area that it explodes in.

 

Broadhead arrow: staggers the target.

 

Exploding arrowhead: an arrow that detonates on impact.

 

Whistling arrow: engages throw voice so that enemies will search in the area that the arrow lands in.

 

Screaming arrow: causes targets in the area of the flight path to flee for a couple of seconds

 

Hunter's arrow: a referance arrow that glows brightly and leaves a trail so that an aimed follow-up shot can be made more easily.

 

Hollow arrow: flies much faster, but falls at a faster rate and does less damage.

 

 

 

Will this be possible or am I just dreaming?
