This file is an extension of MTO Male Take Over. It swaps the requirements for Lady Killer to a female, Black Widow to male, and Live & Love magazines 4 and 7.

In other words, it allows you to gain the benefits of the perks by playing a LGBT friendly game. It works for both men and women.

Specifically,
1. Lady Killer perks - Normally used by male PCs on female NPCs - Now can be used by female PCs on female NPCs.
2. Black Widow perks - Normally used by female PCs on male NPCs - Now can be used by male PCs on male NPCs.
3. Live & Love Magazine #4 - Normally male PCs gain 25% XP when persuading female NPCs - Now female PC to female NPCs.
4. Live & Love Magazine #7 - Normally female PCs gain 25% XP when persuading male NPCs - Now male PC to male NPCs.

Could be nice if we could replace the perk anims too with same sex characters. Or even create new animations using the Confirmed Bachelor/Cherchez La Femme perks from New Vegas as a base. Just putting this out there.

I was definitely confused about why they removed it, probably just room on the perk tree with the different perk setup (only 10 per thing, instead of a total of like 50 or 60 some SPECIAL stats having more than others)

Fallout 3 by Bethesda only had the hetero variants. The homosexual perks were added by Obsidian in New Vegas. So technically, Bethesda didn't "remove" them - they remain consistent in not providing a homosexual option.  :dodgy:
