Mia's Bulwark Hunting Lodge/Mine, etc.

Hello.  I've been failing to find out what the Bulwark Hunting Lodge, and bulwark mine, have to do with Mia's Lair.  It's on the map near Bard's Leap in the Reach.  It installs with the Mia's Lair mod.  (It comes up, for example, by using the "help bulwark" command in-game.)  It requires a key to open, but I haven't found a reference to it in any of my interactions during the various Mia's Lair quests, or dialogs.  Is there a quest related to the place, or should I just use the "unlock" command to break in and explore it?  Maybe it was abandoned by the mod author, but not removed?
