Trying to make a sexy mod for this game. How do I make a constructible item spit out someone every minute or so?

1. I want to be able to make this thing in the Workshop.

2. I want it to spawn a woman in front of it every twenty seconds.

3. I want to be able to make an assload of these in the Workshop, each one spawning female NPCs.

More like a factory that spits out a nude female NPC. Just spawns it there with a line of code. But sure, if the coding still works.

Because what I want is a slightly more lore-friendly version of the player.placeatme command.
