I created a new account with the right address, the one I'm logged in with now. I just tried creating a new account with my original username (AshAvatar), but it still says it's taken. I figured it would become available again some day because it will never be verified (probably). Is there a way I can use my original username (AshAvatar) on this forum? The one I registered but with the wrong email address (I forgot the word mail in the email address)?

It's possible he can fix the email issue for that account, but you would need to change the one you are using now since multiple accounts cannot share the same email address. This is my guess. Ashal is a very reasonable guy and will help you, but if he doesn't respond, it's because he's got a lot of things going on and it will take a little bit for him to reply. It might happen sooner than you think, but your best best is to send him a private message. If you need to find how to PM him.
