Arizona_Steve Posted May 15, 2016 Posted May 15, 2016 The only way I've managed to succeed is to turn off the follower sandboxing. It's not perfect but it greatly reduces the issue. For Serana there's the Serana Stop Sandboxing mod, EFF will allow sandboxing to be turned off for most other followers.
WraithSlayer Posted May 15, 2016 Posted May 15, 2016 Increasing the min and max radius in PlayerFollowerPackage may help, as it'll give followers a wider area they can roam in without being forced to run towards the player.
