Help with translating a mod

I am trying to translate a mod from japanese into english, but all i am getting in either the ck or xedit is garbage.

 

What do i need to do, so i can see the japanese language to translate it?

Both CK and xedit (in default setting) have difficulty in dealing with 2byte- letters like Japanese Kana or Kanji letters. 

As for translating helper, TESVtranslator would be more helpful, or, at least more popular among the Asian skyrim player, I assume.
