What landscape texture (.dds file) is this?

Hey everyone, there's this annoying landscape texture mishap I have for the small cliffs in the tundra area (Eastmarch/Windhelm Hold) and I can't seem to locate the exact textures to correct it for the life of me.  Anybody have a clue as to where the white portion of the texture belongs to?  I've been single-handedly editing my textures using DDSopt because no other system currently available works better and everything so far looks wonderful except for these funny little cliffs in the tundra region.

Thank god for Loverslab for allowing me to easily post a picture to show exactly what's wrong.

More pictures.  I'm seeing this happen in the Soul Cairn as well.  If you know how to find the answer please let me know.  I'm a noob and I don't even know how to use Creation Kit to solve this.  I tried researching how to find textures for specific areas in the Creation Kit and nothing I've found will tell me how to do such a simplistic task.

You can use this mod:

Vivid Landscapes - Cliffs and Creeks

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/38497/?

but if you like your own textures, since this mod overwrites cliff textures, you can check the textures of this mod and then find the one you want to fix.

Very good suggestion but it didn't work.  The textures in question unfortunately have no relation to the cliffs.  I installed the texture pack you gave me, went into game and found no difference whatsoever for those tundra textures in question.  I'm at a loss here.

By the way, what does your same texture look like?  I'm curious.  I've looked and shuffled through many many texture packs from the Nexus.  Maybe I might recognize it and go from there.

Lol, you're awesome!  Thanks for helping me out, you're the only one cool enough to do this for me.  If you want to know where to start, as I mentioned in the first post it's in the tundra area also known as Eastmarch also known as Windhelm Hold also looks like the photo I found on google attached here:

Also, since Eastmarch is considered Windhelm's territory or Hold, it's over by Windhelm and the exact location is on the second photo.

Any picture of the small cliffs in this area will do fine.

The picture you provided is right outside Whiterun and this is what Whiterun Hold looks like for me.  As you can see, there's nothing wrong with the textures in this area so it has to be a problem limited to Eastmarch.
Oh, man, my head is killing me every time I try to solve this.... lol, I think I need to take a break for a bit.

I've finally found it.  The culprit was the texture file name:  mineralpoolterrace.  Makes sense.
The textures look nothing like they do in the game, it was barely discernible.
