Wierdest bug I've ever seen, looks like CK markers are showing up in the game world. pls help

This happened spontaneously. No fucking clue at all what could have caused this. It's literally everywhere in the game I go.

Check your Skyrim.ini, there should be

[Display]
bShowMarkers=1

somewhere, set it to zero. It's called modder's paradise mode, though I have no clue what could have activated it.
