How do I convert high heels using outfit studio???

I've been converting the cloths here http://www.loverslab.com/topic/60107-dem-clothes-converted-to-cbbe-mirror/?do=findComment&comment=1517509 to UUNP. I finished the clothes but I cannot figure out how to convert the heels. The UUNP feet mesh is in the flat position and I need to angle it to and fit it to the shoe but theres no tools available for that. I did some search and apparently there was some high heel angle tool to help but I can't find it, it also has bugs that cause seams to appear. I'm wondering if there's any ways around this.
