Creature Pack not installed (?)

Hey, Everyone. 

 

When I run FNIS, I get the following message:

 

Creature Pack not installed

 

I'll post the full FNIS below, as well as my LOOT order, but I'm not getting any error's in game as far as I can tell, and I have the "MoreNastyCritters9_3_fomod" Mod installed in my game, so I'm not sure what I need that I don't already have that's causing this issue.

 

In game, the MCM even has a "Creature Framework" section that says it's installed and has menus, but when I go to: Sexlab / Animation Settings / Allow Creature Animations, and try to click yes, I get the following message:

 

"Could not enable, FNIS Creature Pack or Sexlab Creature Files not detected"

 

I've searched and searched for "Sexlab Creature Files, but can't find anything. What am I missing?

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've downloaded it from this page, I manually installed and it said not installed then I used NMM and it still says not installed.

If it's still not working, try making sure that you are running the FNIS tool from the Skyrim tools folder.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users

 

Run "GenerateFNISforUsers"

 

I ran it from a shortcut leading to a path to a folder on my desktop and it wasn't working, after running it from this path, it worked. I don't know of any alternatives if it still doesn't work.

I found that you have to move the corresponding files from the creatures pack to the behaviours(e.g,. the meshes got to the meshes) works

I've had a similar problem. I've looked over the FNIS page and i can't find the actual creature pack link. it says to install the pack but just has a color coded mention in the install instructions, no functioning link.

Yeah, i feel kinda foolish. Literally as soon as i posted that, i saw the option to download the pack. Thank you for the quick reply though.

if yall are having problems with finis on vortex watch this youtube video here this guy helped me out with finis when I was having problems with it bc it kept saying something like this Creature Pack not installed watch this dude here if you are using vortex here is the link.

i am having problem where FNIS Runs and says Creatures ARE Installed BUT Sexlab Shows The Idles and Behaviors NOT Installed.

Easiest way to install Creature Pack (Currently v7.6) is to "Merge" it with FNIS Behaviours. Instead of making it a New Mod. (This will make De-Installing a problem but once installed there is no real need to De-Install it anyway. Make sure to run FNIS every time you install or uninstall ANY mod. (I run it every time I start a session)

I was also having issues with this recently. Make sure you are running the .exe file from the right area and not the mod folder. It should the exe file in \Steam Library\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_UsersGenerateFNIS_for_Users.
