Depends on the Country you are living in. But a real "worldwide provider" does not exist.

Some "Satellite" providers are available almost world wide, but a satellite connection is not good at all for gaming.

There are only monopolies unfortunately. If you lived in south korea or japan your would have super fast internet within those countries all the time but once you have to get something from anywhere else in the world it slows down.
