Can't get Sexlab to install in game

I'm just getting back into Skyrim after over a decade, and looking to get my old LE mod working in SE.

So, first step, naturally, is to get the current version of the SLFramework installed.  I spent all day yesterday struggling with it, figuring it was surely something on my end.  Especially as I came to learn that SE vs AE is meaningless, that only thing that matters really is the game build and having the matching SKSE64, etc.

 

So got home today after work, got my work out in, showered, and sat down to plug away at it some more before dinner.  

 

Then I saw this thread.

 

...yep, I'm also guilty of not noticing the 'b' in the 1.66b. 🤪

 

Grabbed the correct one, and lo and behold, it installed properly!

 

Now after dinner, I can begin relearning how to mod with the Framework and discover why my old mod doesn't work and how to make it work! Wee! 🤪
