Make arousal go down only with vaginal sex?

I was wondering, if there was a mod or setting, that would not lower my PC's arousal if she is getting raped with oral, anal or boobjob related positions, and only gets satisfaction from vaginal sex.

Depends on which mod is measuring arousal, SexLab Aroused Redux for example, by default, without the Animation Appropriate Arousal Adjustment patch installed, usually fails to reduce arousal for anything other than vaginal sex.

I'm sure I've also noticed it reducing arousal for blowjobs and anal, when no belt is being worn. Sticking a belt on NPCs keeps them from getting off, even if it's still just a blowjob.

What this guy said. Any sex reduces arousal, even with blowjobs and whatnot.
