"The GECK is released" How do I find it?

I've been searching the Steam store like crazy after hearing this from so many people.

Where is it? How do I find it? Nothing under tools, searching for GECK or G.E.C.K. is giving me nothing.

And it's not under "Fallout 4" when I search that D:

 

I would've crossed my fingers and hoped the Nexus forum replied (as they usually don't).

But, the site's down right now..

I think you'll have to update the game through steam.

It is in open beta.

Create an account to Bethesda.net, and get the Bethesda Launcher.

Then it will download.
