Switching from CBBE to UNP?

Hello everyone! 
I started modding a few weeks ago and I found out how much I love the UNP body and the armor/clothing mods released for it. However, until now I am using the CBBE body which is quite a pain for me since some of the armors clip or cause other issues. Is there any way to change bodymods permanently without losing the head textures? I have been working on a few characters for quite a long time and I would hate to lose them just because I want another bodytype. Is there any solution? I have heared about a mod that allows to change bodytypes ingame, but I am not sure if that's the best option for me.

What Texture are you using?  Racemenu or ECE?

There must be perhaps the same Texture for your UNP Bodytype!

Hi, not sure what textures you're using, but most of them work on many body types, just install the new body type and reinstall the texture mods related to it( thats how I do it and it works quite well). By the way, not sure if it would suit you, but you can fix clipping and everything with bodyslider tool (CalienteTools in mind, its on nexus) yourself if you really want to be able to change everything to your likings, from body shape, to the outfit going on it. Its really easy to use and there is few guides for it up in google.
