Actually I do have a good robe model for this :

 

 

 

I just don't know how to remove sleeves and then hide arms. Would be that even possible with skyrim ?

You would have to break up the mesh and put it back together just right. That's about as deep as I can get on this. Hopefully someone with graphic artistry can help.
