All animations auto ending

Anyone know a proper fix to the bug where when you start an animation, such as sitting down, using an alchemy table... it does then animation and then immediately makes you leave? From what I've found turning of ai (player.tai) and shouting don't fix it for me. I also don't really want to re load an older save as that will undo hours as this has persisted on this save.
