So... Question. Has anyone got NPC Preds to actually 'work'? My follower will devour enemies,  can devour enemies, and I can have npcs consensual swallow my player. But mid-combat npcs (IE, Bandits) don't do this... or anything for that matter. I'd really appreciate if someone could explain to me why... x-x

There's a checkbox in the Devourment MCM (main) for; "allow NPCs to use devourment skills" (or something along those lines).  Check that, and you should be good to go.

Fun fact: there are lots of NPCs in the world with high devourment skills just waiting for us, many which can, and will, surprise us.  Also, recommend the Nexus mods; Legendary Bandits+The Sinister Seven, as both contain female bosses with serious Vore skills (especially at lower player levels.  Shoots Lightning from Her Arse is an especially effective Argonian combatant and vore specialist (LB)).  {The Sin7 bosses are either 2X, 4X, or insaneX over our level (depending on which version we download), and can cause serious digestive tract issues for the Dragonborn}.

Hope that helps.

{currently doing a play through in optimized Tropical Skyrim, where my toon is a vampire lord (Sacrosanct) + raging Vore cannibal (Devourment) + a dark, ancient martial artist (SL Deadly Drain), who specializes in ripping out her opponents hearts in combat (the Heart Breaker kill-move mod.  The hearts feed right into Sacrosanct, and help level up VL form).  Zoomed through the first 50 levels, and so far has been an absolute blast.  Serana is a raging VL + Vore + dark, ancient martial artist, too (wearing skimpy tropical clothing, and Everybody Loves Serana!  Literally (Scent of Sex rule), as when we walk into any tavern, keep, barracks, or military camp, somebody always "wants to get next to her".  After 600 years in the hole, she clearly likes all the sensuous attention she's getting now.

Seriously toying with putting in Horny Creatures of Skyrim for the dragon and mammoth vore animations.  Tests pending...as Tropical Skyrim is a heavy load, and must step carefully when adding "more"}

That's odd. It has happened multiple times to me. My only issue has been that the vore level of the enemies has been way too low for them to actually be able to digest me.

I think NPC vore is a setting you need to enable in MCM. Don't quote me on that though.

Nah, in my case it was a by-product of my meddling to get something to work properly, and broke another. anyhow.

New issue. When 'continuing' after being digested, the NPC that replaces my character ALWAYS resets their name on a save load. I rename it in Showracemenu, and on startup the name resets (In this case, to bandit plunderer)

Doesn't the game prompt you to rename your character upon getting digested? What did you do then?

It did not. However, I also have the showracemenu thing disabled due to my original character being Argonian (going from argonian to any human race caused a CTD, not sure if other cross-race digestions do as well.) But no, it did not offer to rename. So when eaten by a Bandit my character is stuck as "bandit plunderer"

Disabling showracemenu might be the reason for that, then.

Someone needs to implement cock vore as well.

Won't happen, the mod creator was a genuinely serious anti-male person. Doubt even female CV would be acceptable. (Though, anyone 'wanting' to do this... Inflation Framework apparently has a scrotum inflation mechanic, so I'd guess SOS balls can expand. Mix cock size increase with human-sized balls?)

showracemenu itself is not disabled, but the auto-showracemenu post-digestion. using showracemenu after lets me change name, but the original entity's name is baked' into the save or something. Even if I save, if I reload the name reverts.

The source script files for this mod were just uploaded on the resources link from this thread's op, maybe we'll see some interesting updates to it this year.

I maybe an idiot but for some reason I ain't getting the bellies. I got all the stuff installed including the argonian belly fix but it just didn't show up

Argonian belly fix? Does that give Argonians a proper belly texture as opposed to the broken and glitchy texture stretch it does normally? Can you link it?

I think a bug might've caused some other belly to be permanently equipped. I think there's a command to view all your equipped items, and to remove/unequip the ones you want.
