[Sims 3] is it possible to change public facility doors so that they are unisex?

just a simple question. if I can I'd greatly appreciate how would I do that. not a detailed walkthrough just a few tips :-) thanks!

Map view or Edit World > select the lot you want to change > swap out the doors

Or ctl + shift + c to bring up the cheat menu. Enter Testingcheatsenabled true. In LIVE mode take your SIM to the lot, shift click anywhere on the lot and select 'build on this lot". Change the doors in build mode.
