WraithSlayer Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 That looks like either a HDT install gone horribly wrong, or you mixed BBP and HDT. In case of the latter, you're supposed to pick one or the other, they're not compatible.

Arizona_Steve Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 If that's a follower, it's probably because someone used a different skeleton. One thing I always do when I download a new follower is to go into TES5Edit and point the skeleton at the standard location.
