Mods stopped working after bodyslide

Hi, I have installed bodyslide, and now most of my mods don't work properly anymore. I had downloades hair, clothings, and weapons.

I started a new game to test my new setup, everything was working fine (almost). I created my character, with one of the new hairstyle and no problem. But after char creation, I didn't have my new body. I realised I messed up the installation process and I didn't follow the instruction properly (mod organizer). I merged the files and added the needed lines to fallout4custom.ini and now, I have my body but I don't have my hairs anymore. I was bald, most clothings from mods don't work (AKA invisible) and the 1st modded weapon I found (m14) is invisible too, but I can shoot it, and it make noise. I just can't see it. Any idea why?

I think that's the lines I added to fallout4.ini, here are the contents of these files:

Could anyone help me?

That sounds like a lot of issues, but to be honest BodySlide itself is not the cause of that.

It's something wrong with your mod installations or Mod Organizer, and I don't know what.

You think? the hair where working fine until I installed bodyslide. I also installed it on another playthrough and the weapons were working fine.

Found what it was.

The files that had been created by bodyslide were in the real folder of fallout4, and it seems they were interfering with the folder from mod organizer. I deleted these and now everything seem to work.
