The thing I can say from the screenshot you posted is: you are missing the NIFs for the penis.

Are they from SAM? Maybe. But because I don't use this mod I cannot be more precise. Just try to re-install it, and put it with a higher priority.

Yeah they're from SAM. I tried reinstalling them, used LOOT, mod organizer, etc. and I still can't figure out what's up

Don't trust LOOT.

Put this mod at the end of you load order.

• Copy your profile,
• Move this mod to the bottom, below any other mods on the left side.
• Start up the game and test. (while at it you can do the same for the esp on the right side just to be safe)

 

If it is still missing you never had them in the first place. Placing it on the very bottom overrides any other mods influence on the mod. After that I can't see anything else to test. If it does start working then check the conflicts tab, find the other mods that are conflicting with this one and move it above one after the other until you find the one that is causing the problem and then move it just below it.
