Building a mod setup but this is way over my head

Sorry if this is not the right place for this but trying to put all of this together, this being the correct mods in the correct order, is beyond me at the moment. 

 

Is there anyone that would be willing to help me out on this? I am not a new computer user I am just having a hard time with installing the prerequisites and the mods to make them work.

-u don't have to install all, but the Core may be good for u.

Probably not a bad idea to do stuff down to and including: 2.E. Interface
