I had the same issue once. Also, if I would launch the game without ENB installed, it would crash.

The solution was to uninstall some texture mods. I can't tell you which one exactly was the problem, but you should try to launch the game without texture mods and see if everything looks normal. If yes, reactivate/reinstall the texture mods one by one and start the game after each one to find out which texture mod is causing the problem.

Try turning your Antialiasing and Anisotropic Filtering off in the Skyrim Launcher and see if it still happens.

You have to remember that if you are using a ENB to turn those two settings off. This is because ENBs come with them settings already set.

 

About 90% of the time if you see a checkered texture bug like that it is due to AA and AS.
