[Nifskope] Texture path not being saved?

Hello there,

I made a new texture to replace the ugly concrete we got with the Wasteland Workshop DLC. Unfortunatly, it appears that it doesn't fit right in some places (to be more precise, the basement with holes).

So in order to fix that, instead of making a simple texture replacer, I thought the best way to do this would be by editing the textures path of each new concrete structure.

 

I'm using Nifskope 2.0 pre-alpha 4. Despite saving the file with the new path, it doesn't change in-game. I have no idea why, does anyone know how to fix this ?

The textures assigned in the material file, overwrite the textures in the nif.

 

Aah thanks that would explain why it didn't worked.

 

No idea how to work on material files :(

Ok so I found a way to edit the material files, however there's also the "wet" material, can't see it on the NIF file though.

Wet materials is "templates" assigned in the normal material file. No need to mess with those. For example the template for most armors is "ArmorTemplate_Wet.bgsm" .
