Dragon Rising bug.

Well. I guess I have to start a new game, I've been hit by that bug where I turn in Bleak Falls Barrow..and Jarl Balgruuf is up in the strategy room repeating "Not now!" So I can't continue, and irileth is..next to the entrance like a guard.

 

No console commands would fix it, so...yeah.

Also..I can't seem to add quest mods without it crashing something ferocious, is it Deus Mons that causes me to crash so much? or UFO?

 

So..whats causing the questline to bug up horribly, and what causes me to crash so much? Most of them are just..Armors, tho I like the Deus Mons house...
