New to skyrim mods

As someone who is total noob to skyrim and Elder scrolls modding, can someone please explain to me, what are good major mods and what they do, especially the adult ones?

Install Mod Organizer then all this mods:

SKSE - extra scripting functions for all mods that use scripts

XPMSE - skeleton for shaking boobs

FNIS - tool for adding extra animations to the game

SKYUI - User interface which makes it easy to manage mods in game.

 

After that you are good to go for all the mods mentioned above.
