not sure why it's coming up but i can't place this file any where that can be used my NMM, if any one has an idea please pass it along.

Let me guess - using Win 10 and the default browser? Use firefox/chrome to download instead. Others have mentioned that downloading using Win10's default browser treats downloads as some type of solitaire game - maybe doesn't understand the 7zip file type (.7z)?
