Devious Devices Gags

Issue is that fact I do not see any gags on my character. I really do not have a clue how to get this to work. I've tried everything. Removed all mods, and did them again with what I think is minimum.

 

Here is my current mod list. I am willing to remove or add anything you think I am missing. I've run out of ideas so I pretty much welcome anything I haven't tried. Currently using UUNP but tried CBBE, but no luck.

How was the gag equipped?

Just a wild guess, but i think it's probably mod conflict. these for example:

 

GagSFX.esp
GagSFXDawnguard.esp

GagSFXHearthfires.esp

 

Are very old and deprecated.

I go to inventory and then just select the gag from there. I am using AddMenuItem to get the gags from DDa.

Didn't know that. I removed them but it didn't make a difference.

 

If anyone wants to share their mod list, I am willing to test out theirs. Don't mind reinstalling Skyrim again if I can get this fixed, as I've already spent a lot of time trying to fix this, a little more won't harm me none.

Gagsfx  is mainly the base mmppphhh! dialogue for the toons wearing gags, does not affect the visual display of wearing the gags.   It also prevents dialogues under various situations while toons are wearing the gags, it prevents the various comments when you near NPC's, and followers, example combat dialogue is changed to gag grunts.

Could you post a papyrus log from when you equip a gag?

Also use the DDi version of the gag, the DDa version is just an item and doesn't have functionality.

Thank you for the help. Will do, once I finished downloading Skryim. I am trying clean install again but this time I removed all files in the Skyrim folder before hand. Last time there was stuff left behind when I did the re-install.

I started new game with alternate life and created the log below. This time I use DDi like you said but still no good.

I think I got it to work. Don't exactly know what it was. It may have been a corrupt zip file that MO didn't tell me about is all I can think, as I re-downloaded everything that could cause an issue.

Yeah just fixed it, kinda of. I got the gags working but the game no longer works when loading between screens. I think the issue was the DD zip file was corrupt or something, but I wasn't getting errors. What fixed it was a re-download of all the DD files. Installing from the existing files didn't fix it though I got no errors when unzipping.

 

Anyway, I got a new set of errors. I've never had this much issues before. I re-installed Skyrim, I re-downloaded and re-installed much of the mods, I kept it to bare minimum but it keeps crashing when loading between areas. I am trying to get Maria Eden to work. Without SL, game works fine, with SL so and so, with ME crash galore.

 

It's pretty much a new game with everything from Scratch. I think it might be something to do with UUNP and it's mod, because before that I use to play using 7B-O and never had much issues.

 

Mark this issue as solved as initial problem got fixed.
