Over all mod progress?

With the release of the Fallout 4 Creation Kit (GECK) right around the corner I was just curious, has anyone even started on some of the mod concepts that have been discussed on LL? I mean has any progress been made so that when the GECK is finally released there are already mods/frameworks that are ready to be plugged into the game?

I've been getting a story mod's story done, and thought some possible ways to implement the features of the mod. Nothing concrete aside from modeling can be done without GECK though.

I wrote down about 5 projects I would of enjoyed to do for Fallout 4, but I don't play the game let alone have a pc that can run it. So I dropped them.
