Really dumb glitch

I just logged off of fallout because of a weird and crappy glitch, and I'm wondering if anyone else here my have encountered it before. Every so often throughout my play-through I noticed sometimes blank power armor frames would have pieces of T-45 armor on them, but if I checked their inventories it would show that there was no parts equipped, I didn't think much of it because every time I would leave Sanctuary for a while and come back, the frames would have no armor on them as it should have been. This time I came back and most of the stuff was missing from my stash spot (an old dresser in my character's former house), and all but one suit of power armor had been converted to either T-51 or T-45, some with pieces missing and all but the one mentioned earlier stripped of paint.

 

What the fuck is going on?

 

I loaded from an earlier save too, just to see if some of my mods weren't registering or something, but the old save showed that nothing was wrong and everything was in it's place.

Seen something about that cell reset bug on nexus, this http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6772/? might help in adition with the buildable power armor frame mod, unless the last dlc addition messed up things again, haven't played FO4 lately.

I only hope this works and that I don't have to start TOO far back in save progress...

The same thing just happened to me last night. I left my full suit of X-01 mk VI power armor (with the fusion core removed) at Sunshine Tidings. When I returned I found the power armor frame with partial T-45 and a full fusion core. I knew I had some X-01 pieces, a full Atom Cats suit, and many full BoS suits* stashed in sanctuary, so I went to get those. They were all gone. The Atom Cats suit (which was on a frame with no fusion core in it) was replaced with partial T-45 and a full fusion core and the BoS/X-01 (which were stashed in a chest of drawers) were also gone. Nothing like this has happened in over 140 hours of playing, so I don't know how it could take that long for the sanctuary containers to reset.

 

For now I'm just going to use the console to spawn new X-01 parts and materials to upgrade them.

 

*After becoming an enemy of the Brotherhood I collected every piece of advanced tech from their corpses, figuring that it's better in my hands than scattered about the wasteland. How quickly we come to resemble our enemies.
