Fallout 4 Custom Texture Issue.

I have this strange thing on the back of every Female's Neck when using a custom texture. It's extremely noticeable when their have buzzcuts because the oddity covers the entire top of their heads as well.

As far as i know there is no way fixing it atm.

Yeah, I saw that. What was throwing me was that it effected my character during character creation but vanished after I finished that. Apparently your character is technically an NPC until you turn around and load into your "house" to walk around. >.> Weird.
