mod request: bugnet(something like gathering in convienient horses)

Could some awesome modder make a bugnet to help catch butterflies and such? Convenient horses has some sort of functionality like this, If you are mounted you can harvest nearby plants and such.

 

I don't know how easy/hard it would be to take a script like that and add it to an item, or just bind a hotkey to it, and if it can be limited to flying insects(butterflies and such, maybe also fish?). Even if it would harvest all ingredients I'd be happy, as it would make catching flying potions much easier
