SexLab Defeat not working on follower?

Defeat ignores followers even if there are many aggressors., as in nothing happens to my followers once they get pushed down despite the 100% chance of assault on followers in the mcm menu. is this caused by an incompatible mod I have? it seems to only work if I press K on NPCs. (Using latest version)

You probably won't be reading this, but your follower can't get assaulted if the aggresor is still in combat due to a default setting. You can change it though, I did, it's great! Kind of forgot the name of the setting.
